It’s a 3 star, if this place is cheap, then book it. Just don’t over pay.

Close walk to shopping and MRT. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

This isn’t really a 4 star, they don’t even give you hand towels or wash clothes. What 4 star would do that? The interior of the apartments are 2 or 3 star level cheap furniture, pretty beat-up, as cheap as possible and limited kitchen furnishings. The pictures are 40% better than in real life, to area for the bathtub is pointless and not really useable.

A comfortable stay with a responsive and helpful service team

The apartment was clean, spacious enough for two, and overall the stay was comfortable. Service is overall responsive and helpful - there was always help/response when we needed help via WhatsApp. The service team is active in resolving our issues. For example, when we had some WiFi connectivity issues, a mobile WiFi device was lent to us, which resolved it. Housekeeping is friendly and provides for reasonable requests.

We had an issue with the aircon not cooling the air enough on the first night, and since it disrupted our sleep, the staff kindly moved us to a new room at 1 am after approximately an hour of reporting the issue. We returned to our original room the next morning, and the aircon was cool again. They also sent a technician to service the aircon the next day. Overall the aircon performed well, although still a little warmer than expected on some nights but still bearable. The laundry is strangely in the open space in the basement next to the car park. It was not the cleanest space given its location. It was straightforward to use, but I would have preferred an indoor laundry room rather than an outdoor one.

Overall value for price comfortable and clean. Convenient if need to talk train or move around.

Cosy and good location. Rooms have lots of space to store things and bright too.

Air con at the main property areas not working and the gym too. Dreadful on hot days coming back to a warm building. Wear and tear as the place is more then 10 years old. Part of the property is used for storage wish they donate these furniture and stuff then keeping them in resting room and car park making it’s unsightly and unsafe (fire)

I will definitely stay at the bigger size apartment next time !

It was 2 blocked from where my son stays ! Bigger size apartments were very comfortable !

Lobby is too hot ! Rooms had mold / wall paper coming off! My washing machine was not working ! Smaller apartments didn’t have washing machines ! Housekeeping only given when requested the day before which was manageable !

Wonderful

Room was clean with good kitchen facilities and a comfortable bed. Facilities were nice with a pool and great rooftop area to sit and do work. Location was great 5 minutes walk to Velocity shops.

Very comfortable and large bed. Good Air conditioning. Nice spacious room. Helpful staff. Convenient for the MRT and local shops.

The TV channels were limited and poor signal. Batteries had run out of remotes, but they changed them.

Very Good

We liked the kitchen, it had everything we needed for almost two weeks stay, cleaning lady was attentive and immaculate, beds were comfy. Room has wonderful glass wall and view is ok, since the building is in the block where plenty of hospitals and medical schools are located. Room AC was perfect and very pleasant. Bathroom is bigger than in most places in Singapore. There was a small library where we could choose some interesting books.

It was far from MRT station (arround 900 m), which would not be a problem anywhere in Europe, but in Asia with unbearable hot weather, high humidity and two suitcases of almost 30 kg, or for guests with children would definitely be an obstacle without using Grab or taxi service. It was impossible to use gym because there was no AC there, as well as in the lobby, and no ventilators on the rooftop which is the only place you can take video or any other wa calls due to extremely lousy wifi, which is unthinkable in the city where you have free wifi spots all over. Pool is small and shallow 1,2 m deep just for kids, but the weather is so hot and airless that almost there were no guests in that area. We complained about wifi in the room, but there were no improvements whatsoever. Definitely not value for money. The price is average for that kind of accomodation, but the quality is bellow the average for Singapore.

Spacy apartment with so necessities

No toilet bidet. Gym AC didn't seem to work--very hot. Possible lack of staff--nobody helped us with luggages both checking in and out. Staff was never around to receive or open for food deliveries

Facility, location and value excellent. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay again

But some suggestions provide regular cleaning of apartment which would be okay but they require providing cleaning gear like a broom, dust pan in house we were required to asked. No milk on arrival, only 2 tea bags provided and no dish rack or a tea towel. No hand towel provided either.

Great location for a comfortable 2 week stay

Great location (7 min to Novena mrt and mall), room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. Room was furnished with a washer/dryer, kitchenette and huge patio, which made our 2 weeks stay very comfortable. Housekeeping twice a week which worked well for us. Staff was always available when we needed them and helped us with all our needs with a friendly smile. Thank you to the team and look forward to staying with you again!

Swimming pool did look a little dirty which was disappointing as we would have loved to swim. May be a perception but would be great if this can be better maintained.

My first experience with Serviced Residence very positive one.

Centralized location, easy access to bus and MRT, and two shopping centers. My first time in a serviced residence, and the room was vey comfortable maintained. Kitchen worked good for us, well equipped for two. I would lodge here again.

Since this is my first time in this type of lodging, I have nothing to compare or what is standard. Maybe a little makeover at some point, perhaps. repaint/replace baseboards, and air vents. Exterior, moldy/stained ledges, worn out looking pool tiles, cleaning roof cover over driveway. Perhaps a better more visible signage at the street. Drivers/taxis keep missing, cannot see where to stop, drop off.
